There's an art walk in the middle of the city (I've posted a picture of it before), near Chinatown. There's a giant public parking lot surrounded by buildings. This is the area where people can catch a ride on commercial buses that go to New York or Philadelphia and so on. Anyway, right in the middle of this parking lot is an art walk. It's a path that cuts across the parking lot for pedestrians and there's a "tunnel" that has art hung up on each side. And these tiles are on the path of the art walk.
